Target Audience: Plant and Operations managers, supervisors, shop floor personnel
Participants will learn that a clean, well-organized, and understandable workplace is the foundation for the implementation of Lean manufacturing.
The 5S program and Visual Management for the shop floor is a good starting point for an improvement activity.
