As our lead EIR, Rick serves aspiring businesspeople with the right resources and programs that meet their business objectives.

Rick founded ROI Strategic Business Solutions, aiding business leaders with resources and proven methodologies to enhance People, Processes, and Systems performance. He excels in business development, utilizing his Value Based Positioning (VBP) process to cultivate strategic partnerships, cutting sales cycle times, and fostering innovative value.

A life member of the Detroit Economic Club, Rick is a dedicated C-level networker and community advocate. His involvement spans organizations like the Salvation Army, Macomb County Chamber of Commerce, and Detroit Super Bowl XL Host Committee. Previous roles encompass coaching for Great Lakes Entrepreneurs Quest (GLEQ) and board positions with the Safety Council for Southeast Michigan (SCSEM) and Michigan Safety
