Welsh hosts popular business plan workshops to aid entrepreneurs in launching their business ideas, and volunteers to provide educational programs in entrepreneurship, for youth learners. Welsh is the founder of the Sister Sprout Studio, a business plan incubator experience that guides female founders through completing each section of their business plan roadmap.
